At Blackstone Publishing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
